What to Include in Your Quote Request
- Product and quantity: Tell us what you need and how many finished pieces you want.
- Finished size: Include dimensions and whether the piece folds, binds, mounts, or assembles.
- Paper or material: Share a preferred stock, coating, garment, or sign material. If you are unsure, describe how the item will be used.
- Printing and finishing: Note color or black and white, one or two sides, folding, binding, cutting, or other finishing.
- Artwork: Tell us whether your files are ready, need changes, or need to be designed.
- Schedule: Give your required in-hand date and any event or mailing deadline.
- Delivery: Provide the delivery city and ZIP code and tell us if the job has more than one destination.
- Contact details: Include your name, company, phone number, and a good time to reach you.
Have Artwork or a Sample?
Attach available artwork or a reference photo to your email. Explain whether you need a reprint, a close match to an existing piece, or a new design. For large files, contact SCS to arrange a transfer method before sending them.
